Once you have paid for a successful match you will be responsible for communicating with the organisation to finalise details about your work experience.
If you have selected a sabbatical that requires a fee to be paid, you agree to pay for the fee using the Picksabbex system.
Progress or lack of progress following matching will be between you and the organisation and so it is important that you have completed as much accurate information as necessary.
You declare that your information is correct and accurate.
Reasonable effort has been made to ensure companies offering sabbaticals are genuine and the company can not accept responsibility for failures in this process.
Misinformation provided by you may result in prosecution in a court of law.

You agree to accept a match based on the information you have provided.
You agree to use all effort to make the match a successful placement.
Once a match has been made you agree to communicate with the successful individual to make final arrangements for the placement prior to accepting a final payment (when a fee is charged by you).
You agree to have one entry per placement so that there is only one match per placement
You will be charged 10% of your fee by Picksabbex when you charge a fee for the placement, with a minimum charge of £50.
Any fees due from the successfully matched individual will have to be paid through the Picksabbex system.
This fee will be automatically deducted when the matched individual pays their fee. For example if your fee is £1000, the individual will pay £1000, £100 will be deducted by Picksabbex and £900 will be paid directly to your account.
